Tell me everything

“Learning about family history is important. It is essential to understanding ourselves and basic humanity and diversity. Family history also helps to keep memories alive and allow each generation to have an idea of who they are and where they come from.”

Thea, just want to let you I have learned so much from my Dad. I am 35 and my Dad refused to talk about his life. With your book in his hands he just doesn’t stop. I am so in debt tgo you and cannot thank you enough.

Just want to thank you Thea, you cannot imagine how I feel. I gave Dad a copy of your book for Christmas. Being a man of a few words, I was surprised at how he started to talk when thumbing through the pages. I put the recorder on on my phone. The memories he recalled and stories he told I had never heard before. Thank you so much, I have got to know my old Dad so much better and I have so much to tell my children when they are ready. Our family history is now recorded forever, for future generations

Thea, my kids gave a copy of your book to my husband’s parents for Christmas. Wow, then grandparents started to talk and with so much excitement. My kids were stoked. Not only att grandma and granddad’s excitement but also at stories they told. Your way of engaging the emotions and senses is fantastic. It makes the stories come alive and very real. My kids pick a section they want their grandparents to talk about each time they go to visit.
